Kim has been in the building and real estate market for a lifetime with her family. Kim attended Eastern Kentucky University where she studied Apparel Design/Merchandising with a marketing/ manufacturing emphasis. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science, she then heard real estate calling her name. Kim joined the family in the building and real estate business full time in 2004 and became the broker of The Real Estate Company in 2020.She is a member with Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors, and East Tennessee Realtors. Kim Also became a Broker in the state of Tennessee in 2022. She also served as an ambassador on the Richmond Chamber of Commerce and is active in the Madison county community. She coached a middle school volleyball team putting some of her valuable skills to work with the youth.
