John became a REALTOR® with the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the KY Association of REALTORS® (KYR) and Bluegrass REALTORS® (BGR). He specializes in Military and Medical Professionals location services in addition to be a fiduciary for Buyers and Sellers in Single family residences, Multi units, Condos, Farms, Lots and Land.

John P. Fleming is a native Eastern Kentuckian from Pikeville KY. He Graduated at Mullins High School in Pike Co KY and later entered The US ARMY. While in the service, John was a Combat Medical Specialist/CMA overseas who earned many distinguished awards. He is an Expert Field Medical Badge Recipient. In 1989, John was Honorably discharged with Good Conduct and left the US ARMY. After his
military service John pursued and won his bride Christene, afterward he became a father to his only daughter Ashley. In 1992, John entered the University of Kentucky and worked diligently to acquire an Applied Science Degree in Registered Nursing, while working in Emergency Rooms and a Surgery Unit full time.
His philosophy of starting and working hard on your way up has created many opportunities
over the years specifically when he made a career change toward technology and sales. In
1999, John began working as a Sales Associate for Mattress Warehouse. After 3 months he became the store Manager in Pikeville, KY then six months later, he went to work in Winfield WV as the Director of Logistics, Supply Chain and Operations, taking on a project to establish a Corporate Customer Service Department.

After a couple years John worked to help expand the company in KY during its Grand Openings. He was the District Manager in Central KY and Flagship Store Manager in Lexington KY. During his time in Sales John broke many sales records and was awarded over 20 awards.

He worked to train new employees often during the company expansions. John continued to work and expand the company as a Territory Manager and in Regional Inventory Management until 2017 having experienced a serious accident while on the job. After the accident John began thinking about distinct types of sales work. He tried selling cars then RV’s.

During the covid shutdown John saw his opportunity to become a Real Estate Agent arrive. He enters the Home Services Real Estate Academy and graduates in 2021 and takes the national and state tests to become an agent, passing on the first attempt. His license arrived 2 months later from the KY Real Estate Commission (KREC). He quickly Brokered by a company in Lexington but decides to seek more training at another Lexington Brokerage offering specialty team training. Once John completed training, he moved his Brokerage affiliation to the Real Estate Company of KY in Richmond where he lives and serves Central and East KY.
